About my practice:
All of the tattoos I do are handpoked. This means that they are done without a machine (poked by hand, with the same kind of needle used in a machine) and will take a bit longer than that of a machine. My body of tattoo work can be found on instagram.
Very small pieces take about an hour, medium (palm size) take around two hours, and larger (hand size or larger) can take upwards of three hours. Time spent on a tattoo varies by image and amount of detail, and will dictate pricing.
To book an appointment with me, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. During an open booking period, I will respond to each inquiry personally.
About my tattoos:
My practice stems from my experience and work as an illustrator. All of the work I tattoo are line drawings, made in black ink only. I am open to custom drawings for tattoos that align well with the work I do.
Please let me know what you're thinking of getting, what size, and where on your body you would like the tattoo. In my response to you, I'll let you know what's possible! I also have a variety of flash images to choose from that I'm happy to send your way, and can be viewed here.
about the space:
I am currently working out of a studio space located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago. This is a shared co-working space. My appointments do have the privacy of a wall partition, however the studio itself is shared with other creatives.
We are a compassionate and thoughtful artspace. We are inclusive, diverse and uplift the voices and experiences of LGBTQ+, POC, and GNC individuals. Hateful and disrespectful behavior of any kind is not tolerated. We also commit ourselves to learning constantly – if there is any personal information you'd like us to know prior to your appointment, such as correct pronouns, please don't hesitate to let me know.
